SYNOPSIS

Reasons why 25 Hungarian miners left Hungary for Spain 3 years ago – today their number is around 150. This is the biggest Hungarian labor-colony in West-Europe. All of them chose the Kantabria-Mountains 3000km-s from home because the coal mines ensure living – and at home they’d get poor for sure. How this colony came into existence – how the former miners of Komló basin live on the south descent of Kantabria Mountains at Tablizs pit close to Leon. The film shows the story of the 3 years: in the beginning the unemployed miners start to an unknown world – they knew if they wanted to support their family they could have the chance just very far from them.
